Need to Return an Item?

Please email info@globaltravelproducts.com.au detailing the item, reasons for return and your business hours contact telephone number. For your convenience, and to assist us in processing your return efficiently, we will email or fax a printable return shipping label to be attached to goods. This label will have an 'Authorised to Return Number' printed above our address. This will assist in expediting a speedy return resolution.

You may return:

  • All goods supplied and found to be faulty within 7 days of receipt.
    (Replacement of these goods for the same or their equivalent product, a store credit or full refund will be issued at the discretion of Logical Distribution Pty Ltd)
  • Specific goods sold with a listed warranty, found to be faulty and returned during the warranty period.
  • Goods supplied incorrectly by Logical Distribution Pty Ltd or its appointed distributors.

New goods must be returned in original condition as shipped including complete original packaging and accessories.

In addition, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion for the return of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
